Camber has long been a favoured seaside resort, mainly due to the extensive sands, spectacular dunes, safe bathing and as a base for exploring the picturesque surrounding districts of Rye Bay and '1066 Country'.
Camber is a very popular destination for watersport enthusiasts, walkers, golfers, cyclists and sun-lovers of all ages.
Booden is a pleasant, recently renovated coastal house, just 5 minutes walk away from Camber village centre, which has several well-stocked shops, a variety of pubs, cafes, restaurants, amusements, great fish and chip shops, parish church and a Post Office. Booden is located just 2 minutes from the beach, has extensive, stylishly-landscaped gardens and a large south-facing decked terrace overlooking the gardens to the rear.
The house is approached by a private driveway, and has secure off-road parking for 3 cars. A gate at the rear of the garden opens onto a private road leading directly to the sands.
There are children's recreation facilities in the nearby 'Johnson's Field' openspace, there is a recently-built swimming pool and sports centre in Rye, and a wealth of activities in the area to keep the younger visitors busy - if they can be enticed away from the fantastic Camber Sands!
