Eden Cottage is a detached, character cottage with a nautical theme and has been luxuriously furnished as a home rather than a rental property. Situated in a private lane, less than 500 yards from the magnificent Camber Sands with its unique dunes, miles of wonderful Blue Flag sandy beach and amazing sunsets, it is in an idyllic setting, close to English Nature SSSI where rare birds, plants, and beautiful butterflies can often be seen. With a heated pool in the secluded garden, along with a beach-house style summerhouse, decking areas and a covered pergola for alfresco dining, Eden Cottage is the perfect place for families and couples to relax, refresh and re-charge. Its location also makes it an ideal base from which to explore the Kent and Sussex countryside and the many historic places of interest.

For a cosy retreat in the Autumn and Winter months, the cottage is heated with storage and panel heaters and consists of a large lounge with a wood burning stove, fully fitted cottage-style kitchen with distant views of the adjacent sand dunes, two bedrooms (one with shower) and a corner bath in the family bathroom.
